Empower Yourself with Our End-of-Life Training Programs and Mindfulness Practices
Practice makes peaceful
Our celebrated intimate online course is designed to empower people to have hard conversations with love, get clear on what needs to be done, and have mindful practices to ease anxiety around death by:
-
Exploring your story about death
-
Making sure your medical and financial plan is in place
-
Learning new cultural practices around grief and care for the body
-
Supporting important conversations about being in integrity in our most important relationships, and
-
Inviting mindfulness and a change of heart around whatever is holding you back from your optimal level of peace in life.
Let's talk about it!
Everyone will die someday, but what we confront in this course together is the practical and spiritual aspects of end-of-life and how to take concrete steps to feel a measure of peace.
Our highest intention with Peaceful Exit is to offer a conversation with a supportive and safe community that gives you tools and information to free up energy and cultivate peace.
To that end, our cohorts are small any Zoom recording will rarely be shared and only with members of your class.
All webinars are on the Zoom platform from 4:00pm – 6:00pm Pacific Time every two weeks.
